Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
